This Cape-style home underwent a thoughtful transformation to modernize the first floor and better suit the needs of a growing family. Collaborating with Bogart Interiors, we vaulted the ceilings in the kitchen to create a more open and airy feel, updated the kitchen and bath with modern finishes, and added a coveted built-in mudroom for added functionality. The result is a refreshed space that blends charm with practicality.
